1 Introduction

4 Deposits & Payments

12 Account Suspension & Termination

• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.

Upon closure for cause, ph9887 may withhold account balances pending investigation. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 14 Amendments to This Agreement

ph9887 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the ph9887 platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory mandate or legal obligation.

Continued use of the ph9887 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any outstanding balance before the effective date.
